Equipment that arrives defective will be replaced within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned complete — original packaging, all accessories, manuals, and decorator box. Incomplete returns cannot be processed. Remove batteries from all cordless devices before shipping.
Need the replacement before returning the defective unit? We offer advance replacement for DOA items. The replacement is charged upfront, and a full refund is issued once we receive the defective equipment. Contact us to arrange.
Unopened, unused equipment in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee applies. Customer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued at current list price if pricing has changed.
Opened or installed equipment is non-returnable unless defective. VoIP phones that have been provisioned, registered to a system, or had firmware modified are considered used.
Final sale — no returns. Defective items after the 30-day window are covered by the manufacturer warranty and must be sent directly to the factory for repair.
After 30 days, defective equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty per the product owner's manual. Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service. The4th Tech Solutions does not perform repairs.

Do not ship without an RMA number — unauthorized returns will be refused. Ship prepaid and insured to the address provided.
Return authorizations expire 60 days after issuance. Equipment not received within 60 days requires a new RMA.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees and original shipping.
